Hello SAFHER Community,
This week, the SAFHER team has developed a demonstration video focused on sampling data collection. The first section explores some prerequisite configuration that must be done in the administration console prior to adding sampling data. In the Administrative console, a user can configure both product and environmental sampling data collection forms.
The video walks through the “Edit Sample Collection Type” form. Using an animal food sample, the demonstration shows the different criteria that a user can select to show on their sample collecting form.
This video also reviews the features of the internal section of the administration console. A user can then add sampling assignments to an inspection, with a walkthrough of the product sampling section on the inspection form. In the last portion of the video, the user can then see the sample assignments page where the sampling section from the inspection form can be viewed. Once this is reflected, the user can then create a “chain of custody” for the sample to be shipped out. Check out the video here.
