Hello SAFHER Community,
The SAFHER team has another demonstration video to share this week. This one highlights the product registration functionality within the Administrative console. The first section explores some prerequisite configurations that must be done before registering a product, specifically, focusing on the Program Type and Entity type.
Using an Animal Food program type as an example, the video walks through the data (i.e., compliance actions, revenue codes, expiration schedule) a user can edit including how to associate the product registration to the appropriate program group type.
From there, the viewer moves into the creation of an entity type. You’ll see the criteria (i.e., product weight, species choices) that can be edited for product registration requirements related to the Animal Food program group type and entity type set up previously.
Next, the perspective shifts into the internal user side of the Administration console. From the viewpoint of a clerk, you’ll see the process of entering and submitting data for a product and product registration. After these steps are completed, the video shows both the approval process and payment for the new product registration. Check out the video here. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4H3nzu5gv8k)
The SAFHER team will share more demonstration videos in the coming weeks featuring different areas of SAFHER’s functionality. In the meantime, you can find a SAFHER demonstration series playlist (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLI6oL29YszLHPu5iat-EDkQbH-gqVUCPE) of previous videos on the AFDO YouTube account.
Until next week,
