The SAFHER team has created a secure link to SAFHER Community Portal to help authorized users access critical project documents. By accessing this work group, you confirm that the materials are for internal use only and may not be shared.

SAFHER Community Portal

Go the SAFHER Community Portal

Navigate the the portal site by using this link. Only personnell from pilot state programs or the SAFHER user group will be approved for access.

Log In or Create an Account

Follow the on-screen prompts to sign in. If you don’t have credentials, select “Create Account”.

Request Access

In the main menu, click “Groups”. Navigate to the “Find Groups” tab, then click the SAFHER Transition Resources Group link to request access.
