Hello SAFHER Community,
Continuing the video demo series this week, the SAFHER team has prepared a video demonstrating the creation and association of revenue codes. You will see the creation of a revenue code type (specifically, a late fee for an Animal Food license) in the SAFHER administration console. After the revenue type is created, it is then assigned to a program group type (e.g., licenses or permits). This revenue code is now available for use and tracking within SAFHER.
After the revenue code is available for usage within SAFHER, the internal user (e.g., a licensing clerk), can track the payments linked to the facility relating to the revenue code. This makes it easier for programs to relate and track revenue more easily. Check out the video.
As promised, the SAFHER team will continue to share demonstration videos in the coming weeks highlighting different areas of SAFHER’s functionality.
