Hello SAFHER Community,
The SAFHER team has continued driving to empower the states, and we’re excited to share more about how states will be able to manage their own content within the Administration console.
Continuing the video demo series, the SAFHER team has prepared a video focused on the configuration of an entity. The entity type, in this case a retail food store, is first created by an external user. The entity type is then categorized with an entity group type (e.g., facility).
After the entity has been created, the internal user (e.g., licensing clerk) can find the entity within the SAFHER administration console. The video goes through the facility information that can be further defined by the internal user, such as the business name, contact information, and program group type. As promised, the SAFHER team will continue to share demonstration videos in the coming weeks highlighting different areas of SAFHER’s functionality.
