The SAFHER team has continued driving to empower the states and we’re excited to share more about how states will be able to manage their own content within the Administration console.
Moving forward with our demo series, the SAFHER team has prepared another video focused on the configuration of a program group type (e.g., retail) and program type (e.g., retail establishment license) within the SAFHER administration console. You can consider the program group type (the retail food program) as the big umbrella, while the program type is the activity you’re doing within the program.
In the video, you’ll see the creation of a program type application, in this case an animal food license, from a licensing clerk’s perspective. The program type is first configured by an administrator (e.g., program manager) then reviewed and processed by the clerk. Check out the video here to see these steps in action.
The SAFHER team will keep sharing more short demonstration videos in the coming weeks and months highlighting different areas of SAFHER’s functionality.
